eServices
You can access your account information 24 hours a day on eServices - you will need your new Wells Fargo Dealer Services account number to register. Your account number can be found on your welcome letter as well as on your new Wells Fargo Dealer Services monthly statement or coupon book.

With eServices, you can manage your account online, check your loan balance, make payments, and enroll in eStatements. These are just a few of the features in eServices. To learn more about eServices, you can launch our eServices demo. To get started today, please register for eServices.

Convenient Payment Options
Please note that payments are not accepted in Wachovia bank branches or Wells Fargo stores. However, we offer a variety of convenient payment options:


Automatic Loan Payment (ALP) Program
With our ALP program, your monthly loan payment is automatically withdrawn from your designated checking or savings account. This is a free service. Simply complete and return the ALP Authorization Form to enroll and enjoy the convenience of ALP.

Please note that if you had an automatic monthly payment established prior to the conversion to Wells Fargo Dealer Services, these debits were converted to our Automatic Loan Payment (ALP) program and no further action is required.


Online Bill Payments
You can make payments on your loan from your financial institution’s bill pay service. You will need your new account number and our payment mailing address: Wells Fargo Dealer Services, P.O. Box 25341, Santa Ana, CA 92799-5341.


DirectDebit
You can make payments on your loan through our DirectDebit system. Our automated system is available online or by phone.

Online
You can make a one time direct debit from your bank account to your loan. There is no charge for an online DirectDebit. To use this option, you will need to register for eServices. Once registered, simply sign in to eServices, and then select the "Make A Payment" option from the Payment menu.

Phone
You can call us at 800-289-8004 to make a payment by phone. The charge for an automated DirectDebit is $6 and the charge for a Customer Service-assisted DirectDebit is $10.


Electronic Payments
You can make payments on your loan at MoneyGram and Western Union offices nationwide. (Third party fees apply.)

Money Gram
You will need your new account number and a receive code, which is 1812. Click here to find the location of the nearest MoneyGram office.

Western Union
You will need your new account number and a Western Union City and State Code. The City Code is CATX and the State Code is TX.

U.S. Mail
You can make payments on your loan by mail. Please send a check or money order payable to Wells Fargo Dealer Services.

Statement Customers
Please include the payment stub from the bottom of your statement and write your new account number on the check or money order. Please send your payment to:
